Design Center: New Books From Our Inventory
If you have purchased a book from our inventory and used our design center to select a hardcover design and are not fully satisfied, the order is eligible for an exchange.
All returned items must be in unused condition, with no wear and tear, blemishes, or modifications. Please contact [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and arrange for a like-kind exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen days (14) days of the delivery date. By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay for all applicable return shipping charges.
Design Center: Used Books From Your Library
If you have shipped us a used book and used our design center to select a hardcover design and are not fully satisfied, the order is eligible for either an exchange or a new rebind with an associated fee.
In an exchange, you agree to permanently ship us the original item in exchange for a rebind of new book of the same edition. Any difference in pricing between the original rebound book and the replacement rebound book will either be invoiced to the customer or refunded depending on whether the price is higher or lower than the original.
If you would rather keep your original book and have us redo the rebind, the fee is $30 for books up to $99.99 and $50 for books over $100. In the event that there is a mistake on our part and the book is not to your satisfaction, we will waive the fee.

Premade Books
Books purchased from our premade “In Stock Books” store are eligible for a full refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen days(14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in unused condition, with no wear and tear, blemishes, or modifications.
